Exploring residential spaces beyond the static render
This Reborn proof of concept explores how architectural information, reference photography, material specifications, and design diagrams can be developed into a fully realised residential environment.
The visual direction and interior spaces were developed from supplied reference material, establishing the architecture, finishes, furnishings, lighting and overall atmosphere. These environments were then developed as 360° equirectangular panoramas, allowing the viewer to look freely around each space.
Interactive hotspots connect the individual environments, creating a simple room-to-room journey through the property. The completed experience can then be embedded directly within a development website and expanded across multiple rooms, apartment types, exterior views and communal spaces.
